Classes for active teenagers in our club

Regular exercise during adolescence is important, because sport will help improve the health of boys and girls, establishing healthy lifestyle habits. Our club allows you to choose a suitable program, taking into account everyone's preferences, turning classes into useful pastime among like-minded people.

WATER POLO 10+

Exercising in water has a good effect on a teenager’s body. In water polo, intense swimming is added to regular swimming., competitive load, therefore all muscle groups are included, respiratory and cardiac systems, The body's stability increases and strength increases.

YOGA KIDS 9+

Yoga for children - the most popular direction in our club. Exercises have a positive effect on the musculoskeletal system, develop flexibility, power, form correct posture. Children become calmer, learn to breathe correctly and listen to your body. Yoga philosophy helps control emotions, concentrate attention.

FITNESS JUNIOR 9+

Harmonious physical development of the body, strength, speed and endurance for children and teenagers. Power and speed work.

Swim JUNIOR 11+

JUDO 3+/7+/11+

STRONG FITNESS 13+

FITNESS JUNIOR 9+

SWIM SPORT 14+

Course for confident swimmers. Our club's classes are designed for those, who already confidently floats on the water and masters at least one basic swimming style. SPORTS SWIM KIDS 9+

Sports swimming section for children. Training is aimed at maximizing the potential of each child. Focuses on developing endurance and strength. Through working on all styles (butterfly, back crawl, brass, crawl) we improve speed performance and prepare young athletes for competitions.

MMA 10+

MMA — discipline, combining striking techniques with stand-up and ground fighting. During training, the guys practice the basic elements of defense and attack.. Classes develop flexibility, agility and coordination, teach a teenager to navigate in space and strengthen not only the body, but also character.
